01 -
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 -
Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the interior, reserving the bread. Toast the hollowed loaf in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly crisp.
03 -
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shallot; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
04 -
Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until just opaque. Incorporate the crab meat and heat until warmed through.
05 -
Reduce heat. Pour in heavy cream, then add cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth.
06 -
Stir in half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, mixing until just melted.
07 -
Fill the toasted bread bowl with the seafood and sauce mixture. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and mozzarella over the top.
08 -
Place the filled bread bowl on a baking tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
09 -
Remove from the oven, garnish generously with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately while hot.
