# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 large round crusty bread loaf (such as sourdough or artisan style)
02 - 225 grams peeled and deveined shrimp
03 - 120 grams crab meat
04 - 120 grams scallops

→ Sauce Ingredients

05 - 28 grams unsalted butter
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 shallot, finely chopped
08 - 120 milliliters heavy cream
09 - 56 grams cream cheese
10 - 60 milliliters grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 120 milliliters shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 15 milliliters lemon juice
13 - 8 grams chopped fresh parsley
14 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the interior, reserving the bread. Toast the hollowed loaf in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly crisp.
03 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shallot; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
04 - Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking until just opaque. Incorporate the crab meat and heat until warmed through.
05 - Reduce heat. Pour in heavy cream, then add cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth.
06 - Stir in half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, mixing until just melted.
07 - Fill the toasted bread bowl with the seafood and sauce mixture. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and mozzarella over the top.
08 - Place the filled bread bowl on a baking tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
09 - Remove from the oven, garnish generously with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure seafood is thoroughly thawed and drained if frozen to prevent excess moisture in the filling.
02 - For a spicier profile, incorporate cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes while preparing the sauce.
03 - The seafood mixture can be assembled ahead and refrigerated; fill and bake the bread bowl just before serving for best results.
