Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks (Print Version)

Cheesy, herb-topped pizza bites filled with string cheese and pepperoni. Perfect for sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Cheese

01 - 8 sticks low-moisture part-skim mozzarella string cheese
02 - 1 roll (400 grams) refrigerated pizza dough

→ Butter and Seasoning

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese

→ Topping and Serving

07 - 24 slices regular pepperoni
08 - Pizza sauce, for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and coat with nonstick spray.
02 - Unwrap the mozzarella sticks and cut each into three equal pieces. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.
03 - Unroll the rested pizza dough onto a work surface. Cut into 24 evenly sized pieces.
04 - Place a cheese segment in the centre of each dough piece. Encase cheese tightly, sealing the edges completely. Arrange seam side down on the prepared tray.
05 - Brush each dough roll with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle the parmesan-herb seasoning mixture over the surface. Top each roll with a slice of pepperoni, pressing gently to adhere.
06 - Transfer tray to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Present immediately while warm, alongside pizza sauce for dipping if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Seal the dough thoroughly around the cheese to prevent leakage during baking.
