Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and coat with nonstick spray.

Unwrap the mozzarella sticks and cut each into three equal pieces. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese.

Unroll the rested pizza dough onto a work surface. Cut into 24 evenly sized pieces.

Place a cheese segment in the centre of each dough piece. Encase cheese tightly, sealing the edges completely. Arrange seam side down on the prepared tray.

Brush each dough roll with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle the parmesan-herb seasoning mixture over the surface. Top each roll with a slice of pepperoni, pressing gently to adhere.

Transfer tray to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Present immediately while warm, alongside pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
