Kiss Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces Funfetti Sugar Cookie Mix.
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - ½ cup pink or white sanding sugar or nonpareils.
05 - 18 Hershey's Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Beat cookie mix, cream cheese and egg until combined into soft dough.
03 - Scoop 1½ tablespoon dough balls and roll in sugar or nonpareils. Optional: chill dough 30-60 minutes if too sticky.
04 - Place cookies 1½ inches apart on sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes until edges set.
05 - Cool cookies 3-5 minutes, then press a Strawberry Kiss into center of each cookie.
06 - Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely or serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Let cookies cool before storing to prevent kisses from deforming.
02 - Cooling time affects how much kisses will melt.
