Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chia seeds (3 tablespoons).
02 - Milk of choice (1 cup).
03 - Fresh or frozen strawberries (1 cup).
04 - Honey, maple syrup, or agave (1-2 tablespoons, optional).
05 - Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon, optional).
06 - Fresh strawberries for topping (optional).
07 - Granola for topping (optional).
08 - Shredded coconut for topping (optional).
09 - Nuts for topping (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Puree fresh or thawed strawberries until smooth.
02 - Stir chia seeds and milk together thoroughly to prevent clumping.
03 - Add strawberry puree to chia mixture and mix well.
04 - Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
05 - Stir before serving and add optional toppings.
