Strawberry Blue Hawaiian Cocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ oz strawberry purée
02 - 2 oz tequila (blanco preferred)
03 - 1 oz blue curaçao
04 - 1 oz cream of coconut
05 - 2 oz pineapple juice
06 - ½ oz lime juice
07 - Ice (crushed or cubed)

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
02 - Add tequila, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
03 - Shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).
04 - Pour strawberry purée into a serving glass. Slowly strain the shaken mixture over the purée to create a layered effect.
05 - Garnish with a strawberry slice, pineapple wedge, and mint sprig.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh strawberry purée for best flavor and color.
02 - Crushed ice gives a slushy, beach-style texture.
03 - For a mocktail version, replace alcohol with soda or coconut water.
