Spinach Dip and Cheese Bites (Print Version)

01 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
03 - Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart.
04 - Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of the spoon to form a crisp shape.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each mound.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For added flavor, mix in some cooked and crumbled bacon or diced jalapeños into the spinach mixture.
02 - To make these crisps even crunchier, bake them for an additional 5 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
