Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart.

Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of the spoon to form a crisp shape.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each mound.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
