Spicy Jalapeño Tuna Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 ounces yellowfin tuna, drained.
02 - 2 tablespoons green onion, diced.
03 - 2 tablespoons jalapeño, diced.
04 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
05 - 1 tablespoon yogurt.
06 - 1 teaspoon grainy dijon mustard.
07 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 2 slices thick bread.
10 - 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese.
11 - Extra jalapeño slices for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine tuna, onion, jalapeño, mayo, yogurt, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
02 - Toast bread slices.
03 - Spread tuna mixture on toast, top with cheese and extra jalapeños.
04 - Broil 2 minutes until cheese melts.
