Spicy Ginger Wellness Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - 2 inches raw ginger, peeled
02 - 2 lemons, peeled and quartered
03 - 2 oranges, peeled and quartered
04 - 2 inches raw turmeric, peeled (or 1 tsp powdered turmeric)
05 - 2-4 cloves raw garlic, peeled (optional)

→ Liquid & Sweeteners

06 - 2 cups filtered water
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
08 - 1 tablespoon raw honey
09 - 1 pinch black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Add all of your ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
02 - Using a large bowl and a mesh strainer, strain the liquid. Use a spoon to help move the pulp around so the liquid can get through. You will need to do a small amount at a time, rinsing your strainer in between.
03 - Once strained, pour your liquid gold into a measuring cup with a spout so that you can easily pour.
04 - Use a small funnel to pour the liquid into your bottles, leaving about a quarter inch from the top of the bottles.
05 - Shake well and enjoy first thing in the morning or right away at the first signs of a cold!
