07 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Sauces and Dairy

09 - 120 milliliters heavy cream

→ Pasta

10 - 225 grams fettuccine
11 - Reserved pasta water

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 120 milliliters of the cooking water.
02 - Combine diced chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sear for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Stir in honey and let simmer for 1 minute to meld flavors.
06 - Pour in heavy cream and stir until fully combined. Simmer the sauce for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
07 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat thoroughly in the sauce.
08 - Add drained fettuccine to the pan and gently toss with chicken and sauce. If needed, adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
09 - Plate immediately while hot. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Reserve some pasta water to help emulsify and adjust the consistency of the sauce as needed.
02 - For milder heat, use less Cajun seasoning or select a mild blend.
