Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain well and combine with marinara sauce until evenly coated.

Set oven temperature to 190°C and allow to fully preheat.

Using a serrated knife, carefully slice each sub roll lengthwise, stopping short of cutting all the way through to form a pocket.

In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, minced garlic, and half the chopped parsley. Brush the inside of each sub roll generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Fill each roll with a hearty portion of spaghetti. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the stuffed subs.

Arrange stuffed rolls on a lined baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven. Garnish with remaining chopped parsley and serve immediately while warm.
