Buttery garlic subs filled with saucy spaghetti and cheese, baked until golden for a delicious twist.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 g dried spaghetti
02 - 4 sub rolls
03 - 480 ml marinara sauce

→ Cheese and Garnishes

04 - 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Garlic Butter

08 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
09 - 3 garlic cloves, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain well and combine with marinara sauce until evenly coated.
02 - Set oven temperature to 190°C and allow to fully preheat.
03 - Using a serrated knife, carefully slice each sub roll lengthwise, stopping short of cutting all the way through to form a pocket.
04 - In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, minced garlic, and half the chopped parsley. Brush the inside of each sub roll generously with the garlic butter mixture.
05 - Fill each roll with a hearty portion of spaghetti. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the stuffed subs.
06 - Arrange stuffed rolls on a lined baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
07 - Remove from oven. Garnish with remaining chopped parsley and serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For easy filling, use tongs to transfer the sauced spaghetti into the sub rolls.
02 - Allow the subs to rest briefly after baking for easier handling.
