Snickers Caramel Fluff Dessert (Print version)

A creamy no-bake Snickers caramel fluff with vanilla pudding, cream cheese, crisp apples, chopped candy bars, and caramel.

# Ingredients:

For the creamy base

01 - 2 packages (8 oz each, 452 g total) cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
03 - 1 box (3.4 oz, 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
04 - 1 cup (240 ml) cold whole milk
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 1 container (8 oz, 225 g) frozen whipped topping, thawed

For the mix-ins and topping

08 - 4 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and diced, about 4 cups (500 g)
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 5 full-size Snickers bars (about 9.3 oz, 264 g total), chopped and divided
11 - 1/2 cup (160 g) caramel sauce, divided
12 - 1/4 cup (35 g) roasted salted peanuts, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
02 - Add the powdered sugar, pudding mix, cold milk, vanilla, and salt. Beat on low until combined, then on medium until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes.
03 - Add the thawed whipped topping and fold with a spatula until the base is light and evenly mixed.
04 - Toss the diced apples with lemon juice in a separate bowl. Chop the Snickers bars into small bite-size pieces and reserve about 1/2 cup for topping.
05 - Fold the apples, remaining chopped Snickers, and 1/3 cup caramel sauce into the creamy base until evenly distributed.
06 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Before serving, drizzle with the remaining caramel and sprinkle with reserved Snickers and chopped peanuts.
