# Ingredients:

→ First Layer

01 - 2⅓ cups (250 g) graham cracker crumbs, divided (2¼ cups for crust, 2 tbsp for topping)
02 - 120 g unsalted butter, melted
03 - 50 g granulated sugar

→ Second Layer

04 - 226 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 120 g powdered sugar
06 - 227 g whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

→ Third Layer

07 - 290 g instant chocolate pudding mix (two 145 g boxes)
08 - 720 ml cold milk

→ Fourth Layer

09 - 227 g whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
10 - 30 g graham cracker crumbs
11 - 150 g miniature marshmallows
12 - Hershey chocolate bar squares, for garnish
13 - Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs (reserve 2 tablespoons for topping), melted butter, and sugar. Mix until evenly moistened.
02 - Press crumb mixture firmly into the base of a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) dish using the base of a glass or metal measuring cup. Chill for 2 hours to set.
03 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
04 - Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
05 - In a large bowl, vigorously whisk instant pudding mix with cold milk until the mixture thickens slightly.
06 - Gently spread chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm.
07 - Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs and cover with a layer of miniature marshmallows. Chill until ready to serve.
08 - Before serving, use a kitchen torch to lightly toast marshmallows until golden brown. Garnish with Hershey chocolate bar squares and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

# Notes:

01 - If graham crackers are not pre-crushed, pulse them in a food processor or crush in a sealed bag with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
02 - If a kitchen torch is unavailable, briefly broil marshmallows on a lined baking sheet, shaking the pan to brown evenly and prevent sticking, then cool and freeze before transferring.
