S'Mores Campfire Cones (Print version)

Waffle cones stuffed with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, then wrapped in foil and warmed over the campfire for a gooey, mess-free treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 waffle cones
02 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
03 - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
04 - 2 graham crackers, broken into small pieces
05 - 1/4 cup peanut butter chips or chopped peanut butter cups (optional)
06 - Heavy-duty aluminum foil

# Instructions:

01 - Push 2 to 3 mini marshmallows into the tip of each cone to plug the bottom. Layer in chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces, and more marshmallows, packing loosely so heat can circulate.
02 - Roll each cone tightly in a 12-inch sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Crimp the ends so the filling cannot escape during heating.
03 - Place the wrapped cones on a grill grate over hot coals or a very low flame. Turn every 1 to 2 minutes for even heating. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and the chocolate is soft.
04 - Remove from heat and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully peel back the foil, keeping your face away from the steam, and serve warm.

# Good to know:

01 - Best enjoyed immediately while the filling is warm and gooey.
02 - For oven method, bake at 350°F for 5 to 8 minutes in a muffin tin.
