Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook, turning as necessary, until evenly browned on all sides, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove steak from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir briefly to release aromas.

Introduce dry pasta, beef broth, and honey BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine, then bring mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened.

Return cooked steak to the skillet. Add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until cheese is fully melted and pasta is coated in sauce.

Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pasta just before serving.
