# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 200 grams uncooked short pasta
02 - 300 grams cooked chicken, diced or shredded
03 - 125 grams cooked sausage, sliced
04 - 1 small onion, finely diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Liquids and Dairy

06 - 480 millilitres chicken broth
07 - 240 millilitres whole milk or cream

→ Cheese and Seasonings

08 - 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon ranch-style seasoning or herb blend
10 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - Salt and pepper, to taste
13 - 1 tablespoon butter or oil
14 - Chopped parsley, for optional garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter or oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the finely diced onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until aromatic and softened.
02 - Add the cooked chicken and sliced sausage to the pot. Sprinkle in smoked paprika, garlic powder, ranch-style seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
03 - Pour in chicken broth and milk or cream. Add uncooked pasta and stir thoroughly. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
04 - Lower the heat and fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
05 - Allow the dish to stand for 2 minutes to thicken slightly. Portion onto plates, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the cheese is fully melted for a smooth, creamy sauce. Stir the pasta occasionally to prevent sticking.
