Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes (Print Version)

Hearty potatoes in olive oil, onion, and garlic, slow cooked for ultimate flavor and softness.

# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 900 g russet potatoes, thinly sliced

→ Seasonings

02 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 28 g onion soup mix (1 packet)

→ Oil

05 - 80 ml olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Coat the interior of the slow cooker evenly with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Spread the sliced potatoes in the slow cooker, arranging them in a spiral pattern for even cooking if preferred.
03 - Evenly distribute the garlic powder, ground black pepper, and onion soup mix over the potatoes.
04 - Drizzle the olive oil uniformly over the seasoned potatoes.
05 - Cover with the lid and cook on high heat setting for 4 hours. Keep the lid closed throughout the cooking process.

# Notes:

01 - Russet potatoes provide excellent texture after slow cooking; Yukon gold or red potatoes can be substituted. Olive oil may be replaced with other neutral oils or melted butter as desired.
