02 - 900 g frozen tater tots
03 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Vegetables and Aromatics

04 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
05 - 15 g garlic, minced

→ Sauces and Condiments

06 - 240 ml tomato sauce
07 - 60 ml ketchup
08 - 30 ml BBQ sauce
09 - 15 ml yellow mustard
10 - 15–30 ml Worcestershire sauce

→ Oils and Seasoning

11 - 30 ml olive oil
12 - 0.5 tsp salt
13 - 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
14 - 1 tsp onion powder
15 - 1 tsp paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven and bake frozen tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion; cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking up the meat until browned and onions are translucent.
03 - Incorporate minced garlic, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Stir constantly for 1 minute until the mixture is fragrant.
04 - Add tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine, then simmer the mixture for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
05 - Arrange baked tater tots evenly over the beef mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, distribute tater tots in a single layer and avoid overcrowding to keep them crispy.
