# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium Russet potatoes

→ Seasonings

02 - 0.25 teaspoon fine salt
03 - 0.125 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
05 - 0.125 teaspoon granulated garlic
06 - 0.125 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Oils

07 - 4 to 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the Russet potatoes.
02 - Using a sharp knife, make horizontal cuts across each potato, slicing no more than halfway through. For a crispier texture, angle the slices as desired.
03 - Set the oven to 200°C.
04 - In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, and smoked paprika until evenly blended.
05 - Evenly spritz each potato with olive oil, ensuring the oil runs down into the slices. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over each potato, distributing evenly.
06 - Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and crisp on the edges.
