Sheet Pan Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces lasagna noodles.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 shallot, diced.
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 1 pound ground beef.
06 - 1/2 pound Italian sausage.
07 - 4 cups marinara sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
09 - 2 cups spinach.
10 - 2 cups ricotta cheese.
11 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided.
12 - 1 cup parmesan cheese.
13 - Fresh basil for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Break noodles into 2-inch pieces, cook al dente.
02 - Sauté spinach 2-3 minutes until wilted.
03 - Combine ricotta with cooked spinach, season.
04 - Brown beef and sausage with shallot and garlic.
05 - Add marinara and seasonings to meat. Mix with noodles and 1 cup mozzarella.
06 - Spread mixture in pan, top with ricotta and remaining cheese.
07 - Cook at 350°F for 35 minutes until bubbly.

02 - Use 12x17 sheet pan.
