In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add diced tomatoes (with juices), cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
