Savory Cabbage Beef Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, chopped
03 - 1 small cabbage, shredded
04 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with juices
05 - 1 cup cooked rice
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until slightly wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
04 - Add diced tomatoes (with juices), cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
05 - Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Cover with aluminum foil.
06 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
07 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. Freeze for up to 3 months, thaw overnight before reheating.
