One Pan Sausage Green Beans (Print Version)

Sausage, green beans, and potatoes roasted together for a flavorful, comforting family-style dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g baby potatoes, halved or quartered
02 - 225 g green beans, washed and trimmed
03 - 1 small yellow onion, sliced or cut into wedges (approx. 1 cup)

→ Protein

04 - 450 g pre-cooked andouille sausage or kielbasa, cut into 2.5 cm slices on the bias

→ Seasonings and Oil

05 - 60 ml olive oil
06 - 5 g garlic powder
07 - 5 g salt
08 - 5 g Italian seasoning blend
09 - 2.5 g ground black pepper

→ Garnish

10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Slice baby potatoes into halves or quarters as needed. Wash and trim green beans. Cut the yellow onion into wedges or thin slices. Slice sausage into 2.5 cm pieces on the bias.
02 - In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning blend, and ground black pepper. Set aside.
03 - Add potatoes, green beans, onion, and sausage to a large mixing bowl.
04 - Pour olive oil over the sausage and vegetables, then sprinkle with the prepared seasoning mix. Stir thoroughly to coat all components evenly.
05 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the sausage and vegetable mixture out in a single, even layer.
06 - Roast in a preheated oven at 205°C for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are tender and vegetables are lightly browned.
07 - Transfer to plates and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
