Saucy Wet Burritos Dish (Print Version)

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 can refried beans
03 - 1 onion, chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 packet taco seasoning
06 - 1/2 cup water
07 - 4 large flour tortillas
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 cup enchilada sauce
10 - 1 cup sour cream
11 - 1 tomato, diced
12 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Stir in the refried beans, taco seasoning, and water. Cook the mixture until heated through and well combined.
04 - Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for easier handling.
05 - Spoon a portion of the bean and beef mixture onto each tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
06 - Place the rolled burritos in a baking dish. Pour the enchilada sauce over them and sprinkle with additional shredded cheese.
07 - Bake the burritos in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Serve the baked burritos with a dollop of sour cream, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
