12 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar.
13 - 1/4 cup light corn syrup.
14 - 1/4 cup water.
15 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
16 - 4 ounces semisweet chocolate.
17 - 1/4 cup light corn syrup.
18 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
19 - Flaky sea salt for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Process ingredients, chill, roll, bake.
02 - Cook sugar mixture to 245°F.
03 - Pour hot caramel into crust.
04 - Pour hot cream over chocolate.
05 - Layer ganache over cooled caramel.
06 - Top with flaky salt.
