Quick Tortellini Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 oz tortellini.
02 - 1 package marinated mozzarella with oil.
03 - 1 cup Italian salami, chopped.
04 - 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved.
05 - Fresh basil leaves to taste.
06 - Salt to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat pot of salted water until very salty.
02 - Cook tortellini until they float to top and are tender.
03 - Drain pasta and combine with mozzarella (including oil), salami, tomatoes, basil and salt.
04 - Toss everything together and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Use oil from marinated mozzarella as dressing.
02 - Can be stored in fridge 3-4 days.
03 - Serve cold or at room temperature.
