Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a large mixing bowl, add the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained tomatoes with green chilies. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogenous.

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and Bisquick baking mix. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined and cohesive.

Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture and roll each into 2.5 cm balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.

Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.

Remove from the oven and cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter.
