# Ingredients:

01 - 454 grams spicy breakfast sausage, uncooked
02 - 227 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 284 grams canned tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
04 - 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 190 grams Bisquick baking mix

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained tomatoes with green chilies. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogenous.
03 - Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and Bisquick baking mix. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined and cohesive.
04 - Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture and roll each into 2.5 cm balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
06 - Remove from the oven and cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter.

01 - For best texture, use sausage that is not frozen and ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
