Chicken breasts filled with roasted peppers, spinach, and mozzarella for a flavorful, juicy baked entrée.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Seasoning & Preparation

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - With a sharp knife, slice a deep pocket along the side of each chicken breast, taking care not to cut through completely.
03 - Fill each chicken breast with equal portions of sliced roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - Use toothpicks to close the openings as needed to keep the filling intact.
05 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl. Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of each stuffed chicken breast.
06 - Arrange the prepared chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in the center.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the chicken to rest for several minutes after baking to maintain juiciness and facilitate slicing.
