Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Unroll and divide the crescent rolls into 8 individual pieces.

On each crescent roll, place 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing. Add 1/2 oz corned beef, 1/2 oz Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons sauerkraut. Roll up each crescent roll tightly and place on a parchment-lined baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are lightly browned.

Serve warm with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
