Blend the peeled and chopped cucumbers until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.

Add the fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water to the cucumber juice in the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
