Fresh Ranch Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 12 oz tricolor rotini pasta (1 box)
02 - 1 cup chopped broccoli
03 - 1 cup chopped cucumbers, peeled and seeded
04 - 1 cup chopped tomatoes
05 - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
06 - 1¼ cups ranch dressing

→ Homemade Ranch Dressing (Optional)

07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/2 cup buttermilk
09 - 1/4 cup sour cream
10 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley
11 - ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
12 - ½ teaspoon dried chives
13 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
14 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
15 - ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
16 - ¼ teaspoon salt
17 - ⅛ teaspoon pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted water (about 1 teaspoon salt) according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
02 - Combine all ranch dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Refrigerate until cold.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, broccoli, cucumber, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. Add ranch dressing and stir to coat everything evenly.
04 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours. If refrigerated, may need additional dressing before serving to moisten.

# Notes:

01 - Use a ranch dressing you enjoy - store-bought or homemade
02 - Pre-shredded parmesan works well, can use up to 3/4 cup
03 - May need additional dressing if refrigerated
04 - To seed cucumber: cut lengthwise and scoop out seeds with spoon
