fresh radish salsa recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ pound radishes, stems removed (about 8-10)
02 - 1 clove garlic, crushed
03 - 1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
06 - Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Place radishes, garlic, jalapeño, lemon juice, and cilantro in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
02 - Transfer to a small bowl and stir in salt and pepper to taste. Allow to sit for 20 minutes to let the flavors develop.
