Place one tortilla flat on a clean work surface.

Evenly distribute 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.

Top the sauce with shredded cheese and your choice of cooked pepperoni, sausage, or diced vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper as desired.

Roll the tortilla firmly into a tight cylinder and position seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Bake the wraps for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown, crisp, and the cheese is melted.

Remove from oven, allow wraps to rest for 2–3 minutes, slice if desired, and serve while warm. Finish with chopped parsley or parmesan, if using.
