# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Dough

01 - 2 - 2¼ cups all purpose flour
02 - 1 envelope Fleischmann's® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
03 - 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ⅔ cup warm water
06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

→ Herbed Oil

07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 2 cloves garlic
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - ½ teaspoon fresh thyme

→ Toppings

11 - 2 oz prosciutto
12 - 6 oz burrata
13 - 2 handfuls arugula
14 - Juice of ½ lemon
15 - ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
16 - Pinch of salt
17 - ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
18 - 1 tablespoon honey

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl. Mix in warm water and oil with wooden spoon to form wet mixture.
02 - Mix in another cup of flour to form shaggy dough. Turn out onto floured surface and knead for about 1 minute, adding up to ¼ cup more flour as needed. Shape into ball and let rest 10 minutes.
03 - While dough rests, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in small dish.
04 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Place dough on parchment-lined pizza pan (preferably with holes) and press out to 12-13" circle, making edges thicker than center.
05 - Brush dough with herbed oil and arrange prosciutto on top. Bake 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
06 - Immediately top hot pizza with chunks of burrata. Toss arugula with lemon juice, red pepper, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over pizza. Drizzle with honey before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use a pizza pan with holes on the bottom
02 - Let dough rest if it's difficult to stretch
03 - Toppings are added after baking to preserve freshness
