Whisk together 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl. Mix in warm water and oil with wooden spoon to form wet mixture.

Mix in another cup of flour to form shaggy dough. Turn out onto floured surface and knead for about 1 minute, adding up to ¼ cup more flour as needed. Shape into ball and let rest 10 minutes.

While dough rests, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in small dish.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place dough on parchment-lined pizza pan (preferably with holes) and press out to 12-13" circle, making edges thicker than center.

Brush dough with herbed oil and arrange prosciutto on top. Bake 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.

Immediately top hot pizza with chunks of burrata. Toss arugula with lemon juice, red pepper, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over pizza. Drizzle with honey before serving.
