Easy Popcorn Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, cubed.
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley.
04 - 1 cup buttermilk.
05 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
06 - Black pepper to taste.
07 - Vegetable oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in pan to medium heat, about 2 inches deep.
02 - Set up 3 bowls: Bowl 1: Mix flour and garlic salt, Bowl 2: Buttermilk, Bowl 3: Panko crumbs.
03 - Coat chicken pieces in order: First in flour mix, then buttermilk, last in panko.
04 - For extra crispy coating: Dip again in buttermilk, then again in panko.
05 - Fry in batches 3-4 minutes each side until golden.
06 - Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
