Let your waffles rest a moment so they can cool. Then, grab a sharp knife and cut each one sideways, making two thin halves.

Lay the bottom half of each waffle out, spread pizza sauce on top, cover with mozzarella and pepperoni, then broil real quick until the cheese bubbles.
