Cheesy shells, spicy pepperoni, and savory sauce combine for a crowd-pleasing fusion meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 8 small taco shells, soft or hard
02 - 1 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 20 to 25 slices pepperoni

→ Seasonings and Oils

06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for brushing

→ Garnish

09 - Fresh basil, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow to preheat fully.
02 - If using soft taco shells, brush each lightly with olive oil and arrange on a baking tray. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly crisped. Skip this step if using hard taco shells.
03 - Spread pizza sauce into the base of each taco shell. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - Arrange several slices of pepperoni over the cheese. Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly, then season with dried oregano and garlic powder.
05 - Place assembled tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbling and shells are golden.
06 - Remove tacos from oven, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Monitor the tacos closely during final baking; they can go from golden to burnt quickly due to the thin shells.
