Tortillas filled with beef, pepperoni, and cheese, topped with savory sauce and baked until bubbly.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 1 cup yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
04 - 85 g pepperoni, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
06 - 80 ml pizza sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
09 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - 1/3 cup bacon, crumbled
11 - 8 large flour tortillas

→ Topping

12 - 480 ml pizza sauce
13 - 280 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
14 - 85 g pepperoni slices
15 - 60 ml bacon, crumbled

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook lean ground beef, breaking it apart until browned throughout.
02 - Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and chopped pepperoni to the skillet. Stir and cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
03 - Stir in chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant, then remove skillet from heat.
04 - Mix pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and crumbled bacon into the skillet. Stir until thoroughly combined and cheeses are fully distributed.
05 - Lay out flour tortillas. Place beef mixture along the center of each tortilla, roll tightly, and arrange seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
06 - Pour remaining pizza sauce evenly over rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, then layer with pepperoni slices and crumbled bacon.
07 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, slightly toast tortillas before filling to prevent sogginess during baking.
