Pistachio Pudding Sugar Cookie Bars (Print Version)

Sweet bars with pistachio pudding and sugar cookie mix for a soft, chewy bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 115 grams unsalted butter, softened
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 96 grams pistachio instant pudding mix
04 - 496 grams sugar cookie mix

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a 25x38 cm baking sheet.
02 - Combine softened butter, eggs, and pistachio pudding mix in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth.
03 - Add sugar cookie mix to the bowl and blend until a sticky dough forms.
04 - Transfer the dough into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to the edges.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the top shows light browning.
06 - Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
