01 - 18 soft Sukari dates, pitted
02 - 9 teaspoons pistachio butter
03 - ¼ cup chopped pistachios
04 - ¾ cup dark chocolate couverture (65% cocoa content, or substitute with chocolate chips or baking chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil)

# Instructions:

01 - Slice dates open and remove the pit. Stuff each with ½ teaspoon of pistachio butter.
02 - Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until fully smooth and liquid.
03 - Coat each stuffed date in melted chocolate using tongs for ease, then place them on a board lined with parchment paper.
04 - Sprinkle the chocolate-coated dates with chopped pistachios, then refrigerate for 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
05 - Enjoy the stuffed dates as a sweet snack or dessert.
