→ Main Components

01 - 170 g brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

→ Coating and Topping

03 - 65 g chopped pistachios
04 - 2 tablespoons fig jam
05 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Finishing

06 - 1 egg, beaten

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the thawed puff pastry into small squares and gently press each piece into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
03 - Roll brie cubes in chopped pistachios for extra texture, then place one cube into each pastry cup.
04 - Brush the edges of each pastry cup with beaten egg, then bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
05 - Combine fig jam and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the warm brie bites immediately after baking.
06 - Present the brie bites while still warm to maximize creaminess and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Brie bites are best enjoyed fresh from the oven and may be difficult to reheat without losing their ideal texture.
