Pink Hot Chocolate (Print Version)

A festive white chocolate drink tinted pink, topped with whipped cream and decorative garnishes, perfect for special occasions.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk.
02 - 2 ounces evaporated milk.
03 - 10 ounces white chocolate chips.
04 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
05 - Red gel food coloring.
06 - Red crystal sprinkles for rim.
07 - Mini marshmallows for garnish.
08 - Whipped topping for garnish.
09 - Valentine sprinkles for garnish.
10 - Heart candy for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix milk, evaporated milk and white chocolate chips in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until melted.
02 - Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and red food coloring until desired pink color achieved.
03 - Wet rims of mugs and dip in red crystal sprinkles. Pour hot chocolate into pitcher.
04 - Add whipped topping and/or marshmallows. Top with sprinkles and heart candy.

# Notes:

01 - Stir continuously while melting.
02 - Can keep warm in slow cooker.
