Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz soft cream cheese
02 - 1/3 cup cut-up red pepper
03 - 1/4 cup sliced green onion
04 - 2 cans crushed pineapple (8 oz each), squeezed dry
05 - 2 spoons seasoned salt
06 - 2 spoons Worcestershire sauce
07 - 2 cups crushed pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, red pepper, green onion, dry pineapple, salt, and Worcestershire in big bowl.
02 - Add 1/2 cup crushed nuts, mix in.
03 - Make into ball shape. Wrap tight in plastic. Let sit in fridge 8 hours or overnight.
04 - Roll ball in rest of nuts before serving.
05 - Put on plate with crackers.

# Notes:

01 - Green pepper works instead of red
02 - Squeeze pineapple super dry in strainer
03 - Keeps 3 days in fridge if wrapped tight
