Easy Pineapple Iced Tea Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 10 green tea bags
03 - ½ cup sugar, or to taste

→ Fruit & Serving

04 - 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
05 - Ice cubes, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a pot/saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
02 - Pour the sugar in the water, and stir until dissolved.
03 - Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Leave them to steep for about 8-10 minutes.
04 - Stir in the pineapple juice.
05 - Place into a pitcher, and allow to cool slightly at room temperature before refrigerating.
06 - When serving, add ice and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Use filtered/un-chlorinated water for the best taste
02 - You can experiment with other kinds of tea besides green tea
03 - Use fresh pineapple juice, not concentrate. Half a large pineapple yields about one cup of juice
04 - For keto-friendly version, use granulated sugar substitute like Swerve
