Pineapple Christmas Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 398 mL canned crushed pineapple, very well drained.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 2 cups unsweetened fine desiccated coconut.
04 - 1/2 cup graham crumbs.
05 - 3 ounce packet pineapple jello.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat softened cream cheese in large bowl until smooth.
02 - Add pineapple, 1 cup coconut, graham crumbs, and dry jello powder. Mix well.
03 - Refrigerate mixture for one hour.
04 - Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Coat each ball in remaining coconut.
05 - Place in food-safe container and keep refrigerated.

01 - No baking required.
02 - Must keep refrigerated.
03 - Can use dry jello powder directly.
