Dill Pickle Pizza Crust (Print Version)

Crisp crust, stretches of mozzarella, zingy pickles, red onion, and lots of dill land a fresh and savory kick.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 ready-to-go pizza crust

→ Sauce & Cheese

02 - 100 g grated mozzarella cheese
03 - 250 ml pizza sauce

→ Toppings

04 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped up
05 - 30 g red onion, sliced nice and thin
06 - 60 g dill pickles, sliced thin

→ Optional

07 - crumbled bacon
08 - jalapeños
09 - feta cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Crank your oven up to whatever heat the crust package suggests.
02 - Smooth your pizza sauce all the way to the crust’s edge and make sure it’s covered evenly.
03 - Toss the mozzarella over the sauce, then top with those onion and pickle slices.
04 - Put it in the oven and cook as long as the crust instructions say, or pull it out once the cheese is gooey and the edges are golden.
05 - While it’s hot and fresh, scatter your dill on top, slice it up, and dig in.
