Golden breadsticks filled with tender beef, melted cheese, onions, and peppers for a delicious snack or meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g thinly sliced beef sirloin or shaved steak
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or unsalted butter
03 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Dough and Assembly

08 - 450 g pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
09 - 180 g shredded mozzarella or provolone-style cheese

→ Finishing

10 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
11 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, for brushing
12 - 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, onion, and bell pepper. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until beef is just cooked through and vegetables have softened. Remove skillet from heat and allow filling to cool slightly.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle about 1 cm thick. Cut dough into 8 to 10 long strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
03 - Spoon a small portion of beef mixture along the center of each dough strip. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly atop the filling. Fold dough lengthwise over the filling and firmly pinch edges to seal.
04 - Place filled breadsticks seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
05 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush to coat the tops of each breadstick with the butter mixture.
06 - Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 to 18 minutes, or until breadsticks are golden and cooked through.
07 - Garnish warm breadsticks with dried parsley if desired. Serve immediately with your preferred dipping sauce or enjoy as is.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the filling to cool slightly before assembling to prevent the dough from becoming soggy.
