Cheesy Pepperoni Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 (8 oz) tubes store-bought crescent roll dough
02 - 1 (6 oz) bag sliced pepperoni
03 - 8 sticks mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
04 - 1 egg
05 - 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
06 - 2 tsp italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Unroll your tubes of crescent roll dough, then separate the triangles by tearing or cutting along the perforated lines.
03 - Working one by one, lay 6 pieces of thinly sliced pepperoni along each crescent roll. Slice each stick of string cheese in half, then place a piece of string cheese right on top of the pepperoni slices.
04 - Once each triangle of crescent roll dough is layered with pepperoni slices and cheese, start rolling with the widest part of dough. You'll then continue rolling to the tip of the crescent roll to create the correct shape.
05 - Transfer the stuffed crescent rolls to your prepared baking sheets, beat an egg in a small bowl, then brush the surface of each one with the egg. Sprinkle the tops with grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
06 - Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
07 - Enjoy immediately with warm marinara or pizza sauce on the side for dipping!
