01 - Around 50 small pepperoni rounds
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (dry type)
03 - 2 spoonfuls of an Italian herb mixture

# Instructions:
01 - Set your oven to 350°F and give your mini muffin tray a light coat of grease.
02 - Drop about 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of cheese into each muffin spot. Top it with 3 or 4 pepperoni slices, then sprinkle on the Italian seasoning mix.
03 - Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until they get a nice golden color. Let them cool five minutes before pulling them out.
