Quick Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 blocks (5.3 oz each) Boursin cheese, softened.
02 - 1 tablespoon half and half.
03 - ½ jar (10 oz) pepper jelly.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional).
05 - 1 container (10 oz) wheat or butter crackers.

# Instructions:

01 - Process softened Boursin and half and half in food processor until whipped and combined, about 20-30 seconds. Scrape bowl as needed.
02 - Spread whipped Boursin in serving bowl or plate.
03 - Warm jelly briefly if needed to loosen. Spread on top of cheese. Add chives if using.
04 - Serve with crackers or pita chips.

# Notes:

01 - Can use different Boursin flavors.
02 - Can substitute half cream cheese to reduce cost.
