Best Peach Sorbet No Churn (Print Version)

Enjoy creamy peach sorbet using just peaches, sugar, lemon, and a standard freezer, no special tools required.

# Ingredients:

→ Produce

01 - 800 g ripe yellow peaches, peeled and sliced

→ Sweeteners

02 - 200 g caster sugar

→ Acid

03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the ripe yellow peaches into eighths and remove skins from each section.
02 - Combine peach slices and caster sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the mixture becomes completely smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
03 - Blend in lemon juice gradually, adjusting to desired acidity.
04 - Transfer the purée into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6–7 hours, or until the mixture is firm throughout.

# Notes:

01 - For a smoother texture, stir the mixture with a fork every couple of hours as it freezes to break up ice crystals.
