Passover Chicken Nuggets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 lbs chicken breast
02 - 1 cup potato starch
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 0.5 cup water
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.25 teaspoon pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon oil (for batter)
10 - 2 eggs
11 - 2 tablespoons oil (for frying)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken breast into pieces that are approximately 1-2 inches.
02 - Whisk together in a large bowl the potato starch, baking powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, eggs, water, and oil.
03 - Soak the chicken breast pieces in the batter for about 3 minutes.
04 - Heat oil in a frying pan on medium/low heat until hot.
05 - Pan fry the battered chicken pieces for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
06 - Remove the chicken nuggets from the pan and pat with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
